When I follow the link, and click download, the site says the paper is no longer available. Am I doing something wrong?

The good news is the problems your having downloading the Symantec whitepaper is not your fault!
Shortly after we decided to offer that whitepaper to our readers, Symantec ended the marketing campaign they had been running with that content and unfortunately there’s no way for us to get another copy of that whitepaper (as it was hosted on a third-party website).
Your best bet would be to contact Symantec themselves, and they may be able to provide you with a copy.
Our apologies we couldn’t get a hold of this for you, but feel free to contact us with any other questions you might have!
