New list: Top 10 internships

Scoring a solid internship can be a big coup for students as they prepare to enter the workforce. A new guide to internships offers its top-10 list.
Editors at Vault.com considered criteria including pay, perks, on-the-job training and unique experiences in compiling its list of the Top 10 Internships in America. The list represents Vault’s cream of the 785-internship crop it evaluated.
Vault’s top 10 (in alphabetical order):
1. Capital Fellows Programs
2. Garmin International
3. GE
4. Google, Inc.
5. INROADS, Inc.
6. J.P. Morgan Investment Bank
7. KPMG
8. Nickelodeon Animation Studios
9. Smithsonian Institution
10. Steppenwolf Theatre Company
Vault also put together separate lists covering specific categories, such as finance and creative/liberal arts.
