<p>Here are five of the top schools in the 2009 list of great four-year colleges to work for, according to <em>The Chronicle of Higher Education</em>.</p>
<p>Keep in mind: small schools have 2,999 students or less; medium have 3,000 to 9,999; large have 10,000 or more students.</p>
