Hi, good post. I have been wondering about this issue,so thanks for posting.

I have tried at least five times to post something on the comments about Grading. Each time the screen talked back to me saying that I was trying to post my comments too quickly and to slow down. What does that mean?

I was wondering if there is a way to contact you regarding a posting?

    Hi taylor, i had a question regarding a posting of yours. Doe v. Samuel Merritt Univ., No. C-13-00007 JSC, 2013 WL 428637 & 2013 WL 497903 (N.D. Cal. 2/8/13)

I am in the state of california, and I need a good lawyer regarding educational matters. I wanted to know if you could provide me the name of “Jane Doe’s” lawyer, who petitioned on her behalf. Thanks.

Editor’s Response: The court case lists the plaintiff’s attorneys as David J. Millstein and Talia Bari Saypoff, Millstein & Associates, San Francisco, CA.
